List notes or documents by tag

I wonder if it is possible to list documents or notes by tag. The use case is a knowledge base. Any document can have multiple contexts. Those are the tags.

Imagine you categorize staples:
bread is in category basic, baked, no-sugar;
meat is in no-sugar and carnivor
lentil is in no-sugar and vegan

Now I need a list with no-sugar (nice to have: and not carnivor)
Is this possible in any app?

I’m not aware of a function to search for tags, but by using the search function of this forum you will find answers on nearly everything.

I’m fairly new to Nextcloud, if this has been discussed please point me in the correct direction. Does/will NC have a built in “Knowledge Base” for collaboration with my team? Basically looking for a way to share information/answers to known issue, ex. equipment configuration. Or is the thought process to create a shared folder with word docs that contain the information I’m looking to share? F

Right. I - of course - searched and found no positive recent answer. So I guess currently nextcloud offers no solution for this.

Of course there is. You can list them by tag at least (no more complex operations, though), there were some improvements recently, maybe from version 30? Don’t you have this in your sidebar?
